Also known as “healthy aging,” positive aging is a mindset in which we take the necessary steps today to continue to thrive into our older years later on. Positive aging accepts the aging process as a healthy part of our lives and accepts it for what it is, while making an effort to maintain within reason the activities that we most love even as we grow older.

I tailor Positive Aging workshops to the needs of individuals and groups that seek to conquer the limiting beliefs about aging whether these have been created by society or our own beliefs.

I work with clients ranging from young adults (in their 20s) to those over 60 who come to me seeking peace within themselves and better outcomes in their relationships with others. I do individual, couple and life coaching to help people live well!
